Big news!
Next week on January 25th I can officially say I’m a published children’s author!
My short story The Music Man was picked up by Pegasus Publishers and over the last year or so we’ve been working together to bring it to life. It’s available now for pre-order if you want to get ahead of it through Pegasus directly here.
Synopsis: A young busker with aspirations of becoming a famous musician finds himself in a precarious situation when he is victim to a robbery.
I wrote this story in my teens and it’s sort of just sat on my hard drive this whole time until a couple years ago I started poking through my old documents again and I thought I would send it out to publishers to see if I’d get any feedback on it, so I’m exceptionally thrilled that it’s now going to find a new home where it rightly belongs – on a bookshelf, and not in my computer.
It’s written to kids, but I think adults would enjoy the story, too, so don’t let that stop ya. If you like fairy tales, this might be up your alley.
Thanks very much if you do pick up a copy and if you decide to run a post on social media about it, don’t forget to tag me! I’d love to hear what you think of it after you read it.
Have a great weekend.
