Neither Could Dylan

I’m not going to sit here and pretend like this hasn’t been a particularly hard year for me… and I’m starting to feel like I say this to myself almost every year since 2020 which is it’s own special kind of bummer, but there is something in the air, nonetheless.

Something, someone, some figment or imaginary glimmer that keeps this little engine pushing along.

Despite the continuous heartbreak I can’t seem to escape from, that same thing has inspired me to cover another Elvis classic, putting an upbeat pop-punk spin on “Can’t Help Falling in Love”.
